Certified Lifestyle Prescriptions® Root-Cause Health Coach
At Holistic Life & Wellness Coaching, we believe that true well-being comes from a balance of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Our virtual holistic health and wellness coaching is designed to help you create and maintain healthy lifestyle habits (nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, self-care, and love/social connectedness), so you can achieve your goals and experience optimal health and wellness.

Our experienced and compassionate coach also uses her expertise to help you uncover the root cause of any challenges, whether it be unresolved trauma, a physical health challenge (such as a chronic health condition), career challenge, relationship challenge, etc. In Angela's experience working with clients, there is always an underlying disempowering belief and/or intense emotion (that was never dealt with) that’s contributing to their challenge. Once the root cause of the challenge is identified and addressed, healing can begin. For a physical health condition, it is resolved or improved (sometimes immediately)!
